ELLIPSE TOWER - JERSEY CITY
Complete fire alarm and security installation on this new construction 41-story elliptical tower on the water’s edge in Jersey City. Installed and programmed all low voltage security systems including over 1,500 addressable fire alarm devices, Notifier Fire Alarm panels and subpanels.
The Beach - Jersey City
A Residential/Commercial Complex of 6,12 and 24 Story Sections. Installation of Fire Alarm System utilizing a Fire Fighter Smoke Control Panel. Installed all Low voltage cabling for security cameras, doors, access controls, perimeter access control and camera's.
Mountainside Hospital Renovation
Renovation of out patient area including the expansion of Fire Alarm System, Nurse Call Stations, HVAC Power and Lighting with Controls.
WALGREEN'S Distribution Center - LINDEN
Complete new construction project with an installation of a full 1200A electrical distribution service, a main distribution panels and 8 branch panel boards. Furnished and installed lighting package for the entire warehouse.
REVETMENTHOUSE - JERSEY CITY
Complete fire alarm and security systems installation on this new construction 7-story, 163 residential unit building. Installed and programmed a fully functional Notifier Fire Alarm System comprised of over 700 addressable fire alarm devices, fire alarm panels and subpanels. Installed all conduit and cabling for all security systems including CCTV, access control and intercom systems.
RIVER TERMINAL BUILDING 17 - SECAUCUS
Installed a brand new 480V electrical distribution service to multiple existing panels as well as several new subpanels. Installed and mounted (2) 750 KVA transformers, (2) 1200A Distribution Boards and systems and several subpanels.
SECAUCUS Warehouse
Complete electrical demolition and renovation of the distribution, lighting and fire alarm system for this 672,000 square foot fully functional warehouse. This included a new 1,200A Electrical Service, 18 new subpanels, 1,200 new light fixtures, site lighting, and a complete Mircom fully addressable fire alarm system.
